2 cups of fresh Spinach
½ Yellow Bell Pepper sliced thin
2 tbsp. of grated Carrots
Handful of raw Broccoli
Handful of fresh Raspberries
Handful of raw sliced Almonds
1tbsp. Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
Place all of the ingredients on top of a bed of spinach. Add a light dressing of your choice. (I used Balsamic) Toss everything together until evenly coated.
